By Melody MacDuffee of Mobile, AL: 2019 International Metal Jewelry Artistry Awards Grand Prize winner in the Wire category category sponsored by Fire Mountain Gems and Beads

Welcome to the International Metal Jewelry Artistry Awards presented by Bead&Button. This will be our 20th year of awarding exceptional work in jewelry making across the globe! To celebrate this special milestone, we are offering a reduced-price entry fee of $35 -- $20 off our usual entry fee -- and we will accept work created during the past 20 years (since 2000). Please read our Rules and Eligibility section closely for these and other updates. We are eager to see your entries!

In addition, we are making adjustments to adapt to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We will do all judging with photos only. If you are selected as a finalist, you will not be required to ship your pieces as in past years. We are doing this to make your application process as easy and safe as possible – no need to leave your home!

All finalists will be posted on www.FacetJewelry.com July 27 through August 19 for People’s Choice Award voting. All are welcome to vote. Winners will also be featured in Bead&Button magazine.

The International Metal Jewelry Artistry Award application is available here.
