Tracy Stanley

Tracy Stanley Tracy loves organic elements and brings that into her work. She rarely plans pieces out, rather allows her self to follow a path and let things fall together naturally. Never really knows how they are going to turn out until she makes the final turn. Using a variety of wire and metal skills to make it all come together. Tracy is a big believer in quality tools and solid techniques and enjoys passing this on to her students so that they too can make quality pieces that are structurally sound, creating pieces that they can be proud of. Tracy began her teaching career 30 years ago. Over the years she has taught in stores in Alaska, California, Wisconsin, Illinois, New Jersey, a Ovend Florida. She has also done workshops on the Oregon Coast, Bead Cruise trips and even a venture to Italy. Over the years she has contributed articles to both Bead and Button and Beadwork magazines and several books over the years including: 500 Beaded Objects, Make Stamped Metal Jewelry, and 101 gorgeous Earrings. Tracy has written 2 books- Exploring Metal Jewelry and co-wrote the book: Making Wire & Bead Jewelry- Artful Wirework Techniques.
