Exhibitor Information and Forms

New Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in the Bead&Button Show. We jury all new exhibitors into the Show. Products must be bead or jewelry-related.

Information and questions on exhibiting for this year or future shows should be directed to Sarah Warran, or call 262-798-6502.

Show Credentials

You must check in and get your Show badges before setting up your display. Please come to the Wisconsin Center registration area at the front of the exhibit halls on the 3rd floor. There is a separate window for Exhibitors. For security reasons, we remind you that Exhibitors must wear their badges at all times while on the Expo floor. Security personnel will stop anyone without a Show badge.

The Registration Counter will be open at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. However, you cannot set up your booth until 12:00 p.m. that day as the Show decorator will be laying the carpet and setting the pipe and drape for each booth. Booths must be ready no later that 3:00 p.m. on the Preview Night, Thursday, June 4, which opens at 4:00 p.m. An email for Show Credentials will be sent in late April.

Wisconsin Seller's Permit

We suggest that you file for your Seller's Permit as soon as possible. All exhibitors conducting sales at the Show must file for a Wisconsin Seller's Permit with the State of Wisconsin.

For your information, your 6-digit Business Code (NAICS) number is 453920. This number must be entered on Part D, Line 2 on your Business Tax Registration Form. You may apply for your Seller's Permit online or complete the application form (below) and send with a check in the amount of $20.00 (made payable to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue), and mail to:

Wisconsin Department of Revenue
P.O. Box 8902
Madison, WI 53708-8902

Telephone: 608-266-2776 - Extension #1

As hosts of the events, we will be required to file a report with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue of all exhibiting companies at the Bead&Button Show along with your Seller's Permit number.

The initial $20 Business Tax Registration certificate covers a period of two years. At the end of that period, a $10 Business Tax Registration (BTR) renewal fee, and supplemental fee if required, will be due to the State. The renewal fee applies to all businesses holding permits or certificates subject to the BTR provisions, unless an exemption applies. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue will send a renewal fee notice, along with an updated certificate, at the end of the two year period.

Below are the instructions from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue as well as the actual forms for filing. Please read carefully. A representative from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue will be on site at the Show to check that all Exhibitors are in compliance and up-to-date with their Seller's Permit.
