Additional Information
Create a raised beaded cuff bracelet featuring an older traditional Woodlands Native design using seed beads to create an intricate-looking piece. Students will learn how to use deer hide to create a fabulous and refined cuff closure.
Students will Learn:
Raised or embossed beading methods will be explored along with how to make quick and easy tubular peyote using 10/0 seed beads. The combination of bead embroidery, peyote and simple leather work creates an elegant and effective finished piece.
Project completion:
Project will not be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 18 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
#11 beading needles, awl, beading mat, beeswax, magnifiers, Nymo D, paper, pen, pencils, scissors, writing materials.
Flatnose standard.

Seed beads, larger beads, faux suede backing, deer hide pieces, deer hide lace, native teachings, pattern,instructions,
