Use herringbone and peyote stitches with 15/0-8/0 Japanese seed beads to make these dynamic star flower elements with a comet’s tail that are joined together to make a bracelet. The modular nature of the elements means they can be combined in different ways and used with other techniques, enhancing your beading vocabulary and expanding your creative potential.
Students will Learn:
How to use peyote stitch with different sizes of beads, a new way to apply fringes to peyote, flat circular herringbone with different sizes of beads, and a technique to create a dimensional structure by stacking herringbone rounds.
