The ziggurat, a stair-stepped pyramid, is the inspiration for the unit shapes in this bracelet. Using a variation of peyote stitch, units will be constructed with QuadraTiles and seed beads to resemble rivets which hold the beads in place and form an important element in the design.
Students will Learn:
Students will learn to assemble quadratiles with a variation of peyote stitch which resembles riveting.
Intermediate beaders with good familiarity with peyote stitch.
Project will not be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 18 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
#12 beading needles, beading mat, scissors, writing materials, Fireline 6 lb. test (smoke).
Materials in Kit:
CzechMates QuadraTile beads, two-hole Triangle beads; 8/0, 15/0 seed beads; Claspgarten slider clasp.
