  • All exhibitors are expected to be open for business at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 8.
When can I move out of the Show? The Show floor closes at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 11. You are not permitted to dismantle your booth prior to that time. All exhibitors must be moved out of the Wisconsin Center by Midnight on Sunday, June 11.

All exhibitors receive one identifying sign with their booth rental. Additional signs may be ordered at a cost of $35 each. Please contact Linda Kollatz to discuss your needs or call 800-558-1544, Ext. 540.

Music
Any music (or noise) coming from your booth must be kept to a minimum and not interfere with any surrounding exhibitors. We do not encourage the use of music sound systems at the Show as we find they are distracting to other exhibitors and attendees.

In addition, the use of music licensed under ASCAP, BMI or any other licensing agency is prohibited. This includes most popular music. These agencies have imposed fines and legal fees on exhibitors using licensed music. Any fines or resulting legal fees from this misuse of licensed music will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

Entertainment
Any entertainment or demonstrations must be confined to your booth area. You are not permitted to use the Show aisles for this purpose. If your demonstration results in a large number of spectators who block the flow of traffic in the aisles, you will be asked to discontinue the presentation or demonstration.

If you are planning to use models, costumed personnel, or have a demonstration in your booth, please contact Linda Kollatz or call her at 800-558-1544, ext. 540, to discuss the scope of the presentation and to receive permission from Show Management.

NO BALLOONS are permitted on the Show Floor.
Any entertainment, demonstrations, banners, graphics, promotions, and giveaways must be consistent with the image of the Bead&Button Show. No ceiling banners are permitted.

Please keep booth banners at a height of no more than 8 feet. If you block another booth's line of sight, we will ask you to remove your banner or graphic. We ask that you consider your booth design and how it might impact your adjoining neighbors of exhibitors.

Where do I order electric for my booth?
Electric service is ordered directly through the Wisconsin Center District who manage the Wisconsin Center.  Do not order or fax this sheet to Valley Expo, the decorator.

Use the PDF below for all electric orders (Current form will be available soon. Please check back.). We recommend that you order your electric service well in advance of the Show's opening. Please bring a copy of your electric order with you to the Show as a backup. If you mail your order to the Wisconsin Center District, keep a copy of your order and/or cancelled check. If you fax your order and use a credit card, we suggest that you follow-up with the Wisconsin Center District to make sure they have received your fax. Do not assume the fax has been received. This has been an on-going problem on the Show floor as many exhibitors also send their orders to the Show's decorator by mistake.

The Wisconsin Center District contact information is as follows:

Wisconsin Center District
400 W. Wisconsin Avenue
Milwaukee, WI 53203
Attention: Exhibitor Services
Phone: 414-908-6073
Fax: 414-908-6010

It is your responsibility to check that the Wisconsin Center District has received your order. Electric service can only be ordered through the Wisconsin Center District. It is not included in your booth fees and cannot be ordered through Valley Expo, the Show's decorator.

Onsite at the Show, all electrical connections and disconnections must be obtained through the Wisconsin Center District's Service Desk located next to Valley Expo's Service Desk and the building's approved licensed electricians. All wiring must meet the Wisconsin Center's specifications. There will be an additional charge for any electric services ordered at the Show.
