Charlene Abrams can neither imagine, nor remember, a time when she wasn't making things. She has had a lifelong fascination with color and texture, and seed beading is one of the media in which she delights in exploring shapes and shades, texture, and tone.
Charlene has tried almost every fiber art but her fiber passions remain knitting and spinning her own yarn, although she occasionally sews clothes and furnishings. Her jewelery-making adventures have ranged among polymer clay, lampworking and silver-smithing, none of which was able to retain her interest like seed beading.
She teaches regularly at local bead stores and guilds and also enjoys teaching trips around the country.
